Came to get drinks mid after noon Sunday , the lady on the intercom was sweet as can be . How ever I hope management can find some better employees to work there other than her. The young man at the window was using horrible language at the window talking to another employee about not wanting to do his “other people’s job”. All people have bad days but learn some customer service skills.
The only reason to go into the store is if Dominique (Dom) is working. She's the only one who is fast efficient and knows what she is doing. She also solves problems when they arise. The manager and the rest of the staff are frazzled and chaotic.
The people there are great I don't eat the food except for these little eggs in a carton or whatever you call them lol But the coffee absolutely the bomb diggity
Recently moved this way and have decided this is my coffee spot! I rarely get Dunkin’ but because of Dominique, the great suggestions and the delicious food and the other staff!
