0/10, do not recommend. This Dunkin constantly closes before its posted business hours. The store says it’s open until 7:00 PM, but every time I go around 6:00 PM, it’s already closed. On another visit, I arrived during business hours and was told they weren’t taking any more orders because they were cleaning the inside. I go here just about everyday. It is really close to my house. Everyone is very nice here! It is very clean and runs efficiently. The very few times that my coffee was incorrect, they fixed it right away. No problem with apologies and everything. My girl Jenna always makes my coffee perfectly!! Tylib is a sweetheart and also makes some great coffee. Aside from the manager maybe keeping some skim milk in stock, i have no complaints.
Horrible service!! I was in the drive-thru close to 45 minutes!! It took 25 mins to place my order and another 20mins to receive my order. By that time, the ice had almost melted which made my drink tasted waterly. Will not visit this Dukin Donuts again! Wasted my gas waiting in the drive thru. Gas is too high to waste!!
I ordered a bacon wakeup wrap. I got a measly one piece of bacon on it. It was the, most pathetic thing in the world.
