Lobby locked due to understaffed. Ordered ahead and a line for drive thru.
Food is as good as Dunkin will be but the service and friendliness from the morning crew was great!
I put in mobile orders and have to wait over 20 minutes every time. I sat at the speaker for over 5 before they even greeted me. They are rude if you complain and tell you you’re wrong when you tell them they didn’t get something right.
While still at the drive through, I opened my bagel to make sure my order was right and there was barely and cream cheese. I asked one of the workers if I could have more cream cheese, and she told me she would have to charge me. I asked why and she said because “it’s another separate cream cheese” (with an attitude). I said okay and drove off. Unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with the Dunkin, but I tried to give them another chance.
