Would’ve loved to get Dunkin this morning. Unfortunately, was waiting for 5 mins before someone picked up at drive thru. The employee immediately was rude. I asked if we could do 2 separate orders politely, to which she responded with “we’re short staff that depends on what you order”. Quick and friendly staff. Clean facility
This review is for the manager and owner. If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was $25 wasted. This was hands down the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I had a mobile order. I ordered two coffee’s with an extra shot—simple, right? They had to remake it twice because the first two were basically cups of milk.
