9/28/25 sat in the drive through with 4 cars for 20-30 minutes. Entire menu screen in the drive thru was black. All I ordered was 2 iced coffees and a wake up wrap. Finally made it up to the window and my order still wasn’t ready. I asked the lady working the window what was going on today? She said “we are just so busy”. It did not seem bust at all only 4 cars in the drive thru and I saw about 3-4 workers inside. Then she hands me the screen to pay and says “you can leave a tip if you’d like”. Drive through took forever. Completely unacceptable. Woman on the speaker sounded like she was half asleep. Drive through designed to get you stuck in the line so they can be slow as molasses and still get your money.
The food was average which is expected of Dunkin’ but I cannot get over how dirty the store was. An employee almost fell after slipping on the water mess. There was garbage and water on the floor. There were no napkins or toilet paper. The tables were dirty.
