Hi Kelsey, I wanted to bring up a concern about Ashley at the register. She’s been coming across as quite rude and dismissive in her interactions, and it’s becoming uncomfortable. Could you please look into this or consider assigning someone else to the register??
Your "general manager" needs to be checked. Her mouth and her slamming things around may catch up to her. Not a great way to start the day. She should be terminated or at the very least re-trained at ground level. Best of luck.
