I love dunkin and go to this one all the time but I was disappointed that they didn’t even fill the cup with my drink today. I’m sure someone just mis measured it. But I paid for the whole drink… this is what I got and no I haven’t drank any of it.
Poor customer service. It seems like every time I go there, they are out of something. Today, I placed an order on the app, went to the drive thru speaker and was asked to wait for several minutes. No one was even in the drive thru ahead of me. I let them know I placed a mobile order, I was informed that they didn’t have the croissants that I ordered. We had ordered our order on the app and pulled up at the window, the guy at the window gave us our drinks and advised us that next time we need to give him more time to get our order. Very poor customer service. And one of the drinks wasn’t even filled. Very disappointing.
