My son wanted to try his first cold brew today! The baristas and the cashier were the sweetest ladies ever. They were so kind to him, & made him the best drink. It made his day. I don’t remember their names, but they are the kindest ladies ever. I am so grateful 🙏
The fact that we wanted light ice in our matcha latte, and someone decided not to give us full cups. If this was an error.. it was the optic. You're already extremely overpriced and no employee is paying out of their own pocket. Why wouldn't you want to give us a full cup and satisfaction?
The recent reviews for this place are inconsistent. Either really good or awful. I can say when we visited, inventory was plentiful, the space, although a bit aging, was clean. Restroom same. The employees who were sufficient in number were very polite. Service was very quick. Employees seemed happy and were engaging. 0f course it's a Dunkin Donuts so the food isn't gormet but it was what we expect from Dunkin Donuts.
