I ordered a regular latte with no sugar but received one with three caramel swirls and three sugars. I kindly asked for a new one without sugar and just sugar packets. The employee took my drink, went back and came back with the same drink and 3 packets of sugar. I didn’t realize until I had already left that it was the same drink she gave me the first time. The most friendly D D B R I have ever been to. Service is fast, and and taste great.
Unfortunately, it’s not very often that you find a Dunkin’ Donuts that is with the proper brand standards. This one was exceptional. Donuts were perfectly made. You can tell the store is at the perfect temperature and humidity so that the donuts don’t have that syrup look on the raised sugar, and that melted frosting that it has some of the improperly kept stores.
