My daughter wanted to treat me to a donut and coffee. She placed the order on her app and went in to pick it up and was ignored. My boyfriend and I drove 3 hours and stopped here for breakfast. Ordered thru the app for a drive thru order. I submitted the order twice on accident. My boyfriend was charged twice for $23.49. We get to the window they said they didn’t receive the order. And claimed we had to call customer service. Called customer service and support 3 times and the line was closed. I showed all the workers the order on my phone and the payments that went through and they excepted us to leave the drive thru just because they had a long line... read more
