They're so sweet and kind, and our drinks/food are always accurate and made well! We've been coming here several times a week for years now, and they actually always remember my boyfriend and always say hi. We love this dunkin!
Prepared order incorrectly
The service at the drive-thru is terrible: you order a coffee and they don't give you what you asked for. They don't understand the language, and on top of that, they don't even try to fix the problem with your order. This place is awful.
Black men are not welcome in this establishment under their “new policy”. My husband would buy coffee or donuts from this location on his commute home from work. However, last week he came in to use the restroom and when he walked out, all the employees were staring at him oddly.
