This Dunkin is not great :( The coffee is hit or miss and the food is just okay. Definitely overpriced and the quality is just not that great
Im so upset, they took 10 mins to take my order and when i did the person was super rude. Then, it takes 10 mins to get my order. there were a total of only three people ordering, why is it taking so long. They never make my coffee the same since they are always switching out staff. To top it all off my coffee cup was broken on the bottom so it was leaking out, i had to go to shake smart and ask for a cup.
Consistently makes errors in delivering items. Food is often still cold/frozen. Coffee/drinks tend to be made incorrectly. Menu displayed on Starship is rarely accurate. Slow in preparing food/drinks. All in all, the entire establishment needs a revamp.
On one of the days there was an event for glazed donuts being 0.99 all day. But instead of the all day as mentioned in the flyer, in fact it started at 3pm they said, so I asked to cancel my first order but they still charge me and asked to return the next day to refund. And when refunding my money they gave me 0.11 cents off from the original. I mean first you swindle people with false or bad advertising then charge me and gave me a headache to refund.
