Long wait times(even when there’s no line or just a couple people), order is never correct (it’s literally three ingredient latte), coffee tastes burnt and/or old. At this point I’m just not even going to bother with this location anymore.
Freinedly efficient service even at closing time!! Great staff :)
3 times in the past few weeks I went to the drive through. Out of food twice, yesterday waited 20 minutes after they said they would be right with me. I drove by the pickup window. 3 workers just gabbing in an empty store, but they couldn't take my coffee order. I left. Terrible way to run a business
Coffee tastes like hot water and milk. I think they forgot the coffee. Maybe they are using the same grounds over and over.
Slowest location ever. You have five people in the back and your wait is always over 10 min for both food and drinks. People behind you will get their stuff before you (even when you both order hot food). Staff can be rude, etc. Stood for 20 min after ordering to be told two different this: 1) your item is being worked on, 2) 10 min later told they were out of the product!
