Great service and staff
Super friendly staff, neat restroom. What else we need
Stopped by the 299 Farrell Rd location around 6:30 PM on Friday July 10th and ordered a Coffee Chiller (Toasted Almond x3). While my drink was being made, the younger employee preparing it asked another employee if I wanted whipped cream while I was at the window. I said I’d take it on the side please. An older female employee immediately responded with an attitude, saying, “We don’t do it on the side. Do you want it on it or no?” I was honestly surprised by how rude she came across. The place got redone and they still can't get the drinks right I order hot coffee and still no sugar in it and one time I ordered a frozen fluffernutter coffee and they put vanilla bean coolatta in it instead of the coffee flavoring. Some of the staff seems lazy and get an attitude when you ask them to fix it or they give you sugar packets to fix the coffee yourself. They honestly need to be retrained.
