Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to, which is a shame because I live only 2 minutes away. Occasionally they get decent staff, but it’s been atrocious for at least a year. They have designed a new system for mobile ordering where when you arrive at the location you tell them your name and they make your drink/food instead of being able to grab it and go. I understand staffing is difficult, but time management training needs to be worked on.
This has to be the worst location i ever go to. I live so close but I have to drive further to a different one. Can never make drinks correct. Be ready to wait in drive thru for 20 mins or if you go inside be prepared for the girl at the counter to give you attitude. I'll never go back!
