Literally the slowest, worst dunkin to go to, if you’re in drive through you’re waiting about 30 minutes for one item and if you go inside you’re forced to order on the kiosk so you can’t order if you pay with cash, employees are all very lazy.
This location is close to my home and every time I go there is a long wait, this time (8/29/29 @ apx. 11:00am) waited apx. 30 minutes to get my order. The only reason why I waited was I placed my order through the app. The long wait may of been less if your employee was not on her cell phone, I watched her while I was at the window, this is poor customer service.
