Haven't had such a good latte from a Dunkin in a while.
All the staff are very friendly and professional with all clients
No frills donut shop. Donuts very good and so is the coffee. Ambitious breakfast menu not very well executed at the Great Neck Plaza location. The so-called special items presented on TV ads are a far cry from what they actually produce here. Stick with the coffee and donuts.
The location is small but they are very professional about their work ethic and make the drinks quickly.
