I placed an order on the app. I paid $13.95 for my order. I go to the location to pick up my order. The lady behind the corner told I didn't male it. I show the lady my banking app. I showed her I was charged $13.95 by dunkin. The last refuse to make the order. I showed the lady on the app. Seem like there was a glitch with the app. The order didnt pop up on here screen. I never write reviews. Ever. So the fact that I’m even taking the time to write this should say everything. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It took almost 25 minutes just to get a couple bagels, and somehow after all that waiting, the order was still wrong. The employees looked completely overwhelmed and disorganized over the simplest order imaginable. And the food? Absolutely disgusting.
