Bad service
Oven never on after 12 am.
The older woman at the register had a deplorable attitude, especially for working in the service industry. When ordering, she did not understand what I was saying in English, so I had to order in Spanish (the language barrier is totally fine, but she had a terrible way of communicating with me). She ended up putting too much cream and sugar in my caramel iced latte, when I asked for one cream and one sugar. Not a problem!
