The utensils are is always DIRTY
First time at this spot. Went to the kiosk and placed my order. Ordered the new $5 meal, with one bacon wrap and one sausage wrap. When I got to my destination and looked at my food- both wraps had only egg and cheese. It wasnt crowded, maybe two other customers besides me at that time. So its not like the associates were rushing or overwhelmed. Just disappointed. Hopefully, next time will be better.
If this is the Duncan Donuts with Baskin Robin's on 98th street and Broadway, NYC. I was not served. Others were served, when it was my turn, I was ignored by the gentleman that served them. I attempted to get his attention, however he wouldn't turn around. I decided to leave. On my way out, I mentioned to the female server that I'd never been ignored at a Duncan before and said I'd never return to this location.
