AWSOME
I’ve had this issue multiple times now, and it’s beyond frustrating. Every time I order a Box O’ Joe, it’s incomplete. You’re supposed to get enough for about 10 people, but instead I’m given only 5 cups—and no lids, no cream, no milk. How does that even make sense? What exactly am I supposed to do with half the supplies? This isn’t a one-time mistake, it’s a repeat issue, which makes it even worse. If you’re going to offer group coffee orders, at least provide the basic items that make it usable.
25 minutes for these guys to put a donut in a bag and pour a cup of coffee. Ridiculous.
Service is soooooo slow. Takes forever in the morning, need to always make sure to have an extra 20 minutes cushion to get to work ontime. Not my preferred dunkin. Weekends are even worse.
