Horrible donuts. Melted & stale. I'm so disgusted that I made the purchase yesterday. I can't believe I paid $15 for a dozen stale donuts & I can't believe they would sell them knowing there's a problem when they come in early in the morning like that already because after I went into the restaurant & bought them I took a quick look & they all barely had any chocolate on them & half were melted off so I went thru the drive thru & they switched several out for ones I didn't really want but they were all stale ones so they sho... read more
Great service
Stopped by was the only customer in the establishment. Did not get acknowledged when order was finished. Ordered a caramel coffee chiller and a Oreo coffee chiller. I did not receive that I just got the coffee without any chiller. Honestly disappointing I don’t know why they would give it to a customer knowing its not what the customer ordered.
I just left here 5 minutes ago, I didn’t receive my croissant with cream cheese, so I told the girl at the window and she said she will get it. ( she was very nice the teenager that took my order) so the Old lady that I’m assuming was on the kitchen duty comes to the window and rudely tells me that she put it in the bag and that it has to be there…. It’s literally not in the bag? She was so nasty and rude. The other girls were all nice. That old lady needs to learn how to talk to people or just stay in the back.
