Really bad customer service and rude workers who don’t understand orders.
Walked in store and ordered 2 creme filled donuts. Cashier placed in bag without letting me see what she was doing. I opened the bag when I got home and discovered the cashier gave me chocolate glazed with sprinkled donuts instead. Yeah, how can she work for a donut shop and not know the difference between creme filled and chocolate glazed. Since this is the quality of their employees off peak I will NEVER set foot in this store again. Buyer Beware!!
This Dunkin location in HAVERTOWN has very good food and high quality. Thee staff are very professional and have great customer service skills. Keep up the good work 👍
