Update 7/25. I just paid $1.30 more for the exact same IceTea/LemonAid order than Dunkin location at Shelbourne & West Chester Pike. You can check prices on the mobile app to see how much location prices are. Glad I did! I use to like this location but the morning crew is edgy. Management is rude. Food will often be inaccurate. Quality is dropping. Glad that I pass 3 other Dunkins on my drive to work.
the staff is rude & has favorites. the managers wife, is rude to her customers & employees, often found yelling at the singular african american guy who can be seen doing most of not everything that needs to be done, and same can be said for the short little guy. the african american guy is the only one i've seen cleaning the window, lobby, and every machine, changing things while being yelled at and often being seen getting yelled at for others mistakes or yelled to help the husband and wife do basic tasks that should be se... read more
