I’ve lived in NYC. For more than 30 yrs this is by far the first dunken that DONT follow instructions not only that who wants to eat a WHOLE bagel r we NOT!! Cuttin them anymore smh then wen politely asked gets attitude smh
The lady at the front that’s always there (she might be the manager )is always so rude and passive aggressive. I ordered online and when I went to pick it up it asked if they can add a little more mango pineapple on my refresher because it tasted bitter. I didn’t think it would be an issue to put a splash more. She gave the biggest attitude about it being very passive aggressive.
