I used to love this location. This morning the rudest lady was telling me what I ordered she can't make. I ordered a literal menu item as it comes. She was trying to tell me I was asking for something special. Anyways the lady at the register was very pleasant but that grouch ruined my morning.
I honestly just have to say, The ladies working at this Dunkin are top notch. I live in woodstown, but work in Audubon. I stop at this location everyday, and the ladies working are always kind, happy, welcoming, and so quick with service in the drive thru and inside. I tell everyone to make sure and stop here. One of the ladies working there specifically, I know in passing, and I always enjoyed speaking with her mom at the local bank Mrs. Lola. I used to come here EVERYDAY before work however I stopped going because they started being rude. They were always so nice they hired this girl who’s always rude no matter how nice you are to her. After not going for months I decided to give it a shot today and you better trust and believe I’m never going back to this location. That girl is still there and she is extremely rude. I don’t see why someone would choose customer service as a job when you clearly don’t have the skills or the personality for.
