I just got a coffee this morning and one of the sweetest employees paid for my drink because my bank card wasn’t working! I just want to say how sweet this coffee is but it’s nowhere as sweet as that kind employee! Made my day! People don’t know what you’re going through but that employee was my saving grace today thank you from the bottom of my heart! (And they gave my dogs a piece of cheese🥺)
I’ve wasted maybe $50-$100 in the last few months with getting my coffees made in accurately no matter how easy I make it for them to understand. Some of the staff is good, 3/4 of the staff simply does not care like the world revolves around them. Half of them tell me they can’t take the coffees back, a few of them ask me out of spite for my coffee or food back when we wouldn’t want the food because the inside is still frozen. shaken espressos and lattes are the same to most of the staff, they will be rude under pressure. Lately your coffee tastes like flavored water. I’m not sure if employees aren’t waiting for the pot to finish brewing before taking any out or you’re putting less grinds in the basket but the coffee has been terrible! Your staff is great and I’m always greeted with a friendly smile.
