This was a nice, quiet stop on our bike ride. My donut seemed a little dry. The counter person was friendly and helpful.
I had a frustrating experience at this Dunkin location. When I ordered through the intercom, they said they had the items I wanted, so I went ahead and paid. But then another employee came out and told me they basically only had one of the donuts I ordered. It felt misleading — if they were out of almost everything, they should have told me up front instead of taking my full order and payment first. Really disappointing and not the kind of service you expect when you’re just trying to grab some donuts.
Would not recommend this Dunkin. It took us 30 minutes for them to make our 2 coffees.
I placed a mobile order at 11:20 AM, but when I arrived, my iced coffee still was not ready and walk-in customers received their drinks before me. The coffee I finally got was overly milky and sweet, nothing like the iced coffee I expected. When I asked for extra black coffee, the staff seemed unhappy, and the second drink was even worse, tasting more like milk than coffee. Very disappointed with both the service and the quality.
