I ordered a coffee with cream and waited 10 minutes to get it. I watched 4 other people in line after me and get their order before me. I had to ask if they forgot my ordered and they searched until they finally found my ticket. They coffee was burnt and bitter. I normally love Dunkin but this was a bad experience.
Completely disrespectful. I placed an order at 11:31 for curbside pickup. I waited in my car with my hazards on in a parking SPOT near the front entrance(which is what the app said to do if there was no mobile order spots-which there were none labeled) until 11:55. I had to go in and get my drink(which is now watered down) and then the worker had the audacity to tell me I was wrong and just handed me my drink. No sorry. No offering to remake it. I’ve ordered multiple times using the mobile app to walk in and get my order and here recently it has been incorrect because the sticker receipt does not get carefully read. Will not be returning back to this location.
The staff is very nice in considerate, never had a bad experience coming here!
