Went in on Friday evening. There was a black tall lady who was not even attending to the counter as if no one was standing there. Waited for 10 minutes to place my order. She had a bad attitude, unwelcoming, why are you here attitude and very slow. That lady for sure cannot handle customer or orders.
I placed a mobile order on July 17, 2026, around 5:10 am. I get there at 5:15 am and the store is not open. I stayed until 5:25, but I had to leave so I would not be late for work. So this establishment received my money and I received NO products. VERY DISAPPOINTED! If you want something from them place your order AT the store not online if it's before 6 am. If the store is not open it should not be accepting mobile orders.
They don't know how to put donuts in a bag. This has happened EVERY time I've been here. I have specifically started asking them to put them in the bag properly and they give me this side eye and still manage to ruin the icing on the donuts. Go to literally anywhere else, there is a great local bagel spot right next door that deserves your business more than this corporate trash heap.
I was picking up my order and showed it to the slow girl at the front today at 10:40am, and she acknowledged it and proceeded to give everyone else their order. It turns out that my order was sitting in front of her face the whole time and was ready to grab the moment I showed her my pick up order on the phone. Please hire staff who can read an order or at least apologize for their mistakes.
Went into Dunkin today. Young lady was basically leaning on the register and counter. A horrible attitude. Second time at this Dunkin I left without buying anything. Don’t drive, and it’s a long way to Starbucks, but I’m going. $0 spent.
