Juat went in today, this lady Jackie was standing and not attending the counter at all. Standing ideal as if no customer was there. I asked her three times and still no response, ignoring the customer. I called the manager and then she was laughing as if it was a joke- not to attend to customers. I don't know how can they even hire employees like these.
Customer service and hospitality is non-existent at this location. I came in today (8/24) around 6P with my son to celebrate his first day of preschool. The African American woman working at the time had such a nasty attitude..I ordered from the kiosk and my name was called so aggressively I felt like I was in trouble..she didn’t state that the donuts I selected were out of stock instead said “what donuts do you want” while rolling her eyes..ok I’m with my kid so I’m not going to reciprocate, I politely listed what I selecte... read more
Went in on Friday evening. There was a black tall lady who was not even attending to the counter as if no one was standing there. Waited for 10 minutes to place my order. She had a bad attitude, unwelcoming, why are you here attitude and very slow. That lady for sure cannot handle customer or orders.
I placed a mobile order on July 17, 2026, around 5:10 am. I get there at 5:15 am and the store is not open. I stayed until 5:25, but I had to leave so I would not be late for work. So this establishment received my money and I received NO products. VERY DISAPPOINTED! If you want something from them place your order AT the store not online if it's before 6 am. If the store is not open it should not be accepting mobile orders.
