Don't come to this location. They don't fill your ice drinks to full and 70% was just foam, hardly 20-30% was the actual drink coffee/matcha. This location is doing fraud with your drinks, should be investigated.
Okay to go if you want to grab a bite. I never liked their coffee. I generally order latte or cappuccino, but they serve here very dilute, no taste of coffee, lots of sugar.
Friendly staff, very clean facilities and sitting area.
