Placed an online order at 930am, and did not receive it until 9:50 am. No reason I would need to wait 20 minutes, along with 4 other people for 2 wake up wraps. This happens every time I place an online order. Staff is slow and not very friendly. Unacceptable that people who order in store get their orders before others that have placed orders in advance. Horrible service!
I got here at 5:47am and it wasn't open. even though the sign says open at 5:00am. Than one of the workers came late open the door and wouldn't let me inside to get my order. Punctuality is important for business
Came to the counter waiting for a couple minutes nobody is there. But the doors are open….Anybody could've came in and take whatever from the store and walked out
Very bad service. The employee didn’t know how to make a hot cappuccino properly. I visited around 5 PM on Thursday night, and she was wearing AirPods Max while working and not paying attention to customers. Really disappointed with the experience.
