When I spilled my refresher in here by accident, the lady and gentleman behind the counter stopped me from cleaning it up and gave me a replacement . Thank you Dunkin Donuts for saving my day
Slower than snails. Never experienced anything like this. Half hour for an app order? Would have been longer if people didn’t start complaining. Coffee watered downed. Bagels stale. Ridiculous.
I would love ro give 5his place 5* but they are very inconsistent with the service lately when I visit they seem ro be understaffed and the poor service could be du to that.
Run on Dunkin is slow… the wait time is always over 20 mins especially for the smallest orders. They need to revamp this procedure because each order shouldn’t take this long. I need to switch to Starbucks because I placed an order at 5:24am & it’s 6:08 and my order still isn’t available.
