Went through the drive-thru and the young lady that took my order was incredibly rude. I had never been to dunkin’ before so I had a couple questions. When I asked the questions about the menu she sounded completely exasperated and as if I was a nuisance. I have never had that poor of a customer service experience in my life. I will never be visiting a dunkin’ after this awful experience.

Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. I thanked the employee multiple times when receiving my order and initially received no response. While the issue may seem small, basic courtesy goes a long way. My husband and I visit this location often, and unfortunately, we’ve had similar experiences on multiple occasions. We hope to see an improvement in customer service moving forward.

I recently visited Dunkin’ and ordered a medium brown sugar espresso. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I received my drink, the cup was only filled halfway, and most of it was cold foam rather than the actual beverage. On top of that, the drink was not at the proper temperature. Overall, it did not meet expectations in terms of quality or value.
