Always a good experience here - everyone is so nice & they even ask if there is anything else they can do to make my visit better. Ten out of ten - best Dunkin in the area!
Came to enjoy breakfast with my 3 year old Granddaughter. Employee was sitting at table with 4 chairs on break (I guess)... Nowhere else to sit. Asked other employees if they could ask her to give a seat to the little one so she could enjoy her donut, and we were told to sit outside in the rain because there was "available seating" out there. SERIOUSLY. Then they walked away and completely ignored me and the baby. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We are sitting in drive-thru and can hear them very loudly saying that they don't know how to make drinks that we ordered. We had to send our order back because it was not correct. It seems to be a management issue when they don't know how to train their staff properly
