I ordered munchkins and they only gave plain and jelly, I ordered chocolate, jelly, plain and blueberry....unacceptable bad service
Great place to get some good snacks with a friendly staff.
Ordered decaf lattes twice, and both times they were super watery and just tasted off. I normally actually love their decaf roast and find it strong, however this location apparently makes it different.
Just placed an order through the app. When I arrived, there were no other cars in the drive-thru or at the window, so I went straight to the window (which is what the app always says you can do). I sit at the window for 3 minutes. Five different staff members walk by, stare at me, and then keep walking. The girl with the drive-thru headset stands away from the window, just standing there, refusing to acknowledge me. Finally, a staff member comes up and angrily asks me "Can I help you?!"
