I just want to praise this location! I hate to admit publicly that I am a regular Dunkin’ Donuts visitor, but I now only go to one location and it’s this location here off of Bethelview in Cumming Georgia. The customer service is better than anywhere I’ve ever been where management, and employees alike seem to genuinely care about their customers and make it a point to go over and above to provide quality customer service! The best thing about this dunkin are the people. They will go above and beyond what they need to do to make sure you are taken care of.
Rude staff, bad product. Wouldn’t give me a refund and I only got an attitude even though I brought the product back into the store!!
Really enjoyed my milk with a half scoop of ice cream for 9 dollars
