I typically don’t write reviews, but I have been coming to the same two Dunkin’ Donuts for over 10 years. Recently, the one on Keith Bridge Road, has been slacking. The customer service is terrible and the atmosphere is bad. Today they told me that they were cleaning the grills and couldn’t serve any food. I used to work at Dunkin’ Donuts when I was a teenager. Unless things have changed, then I am almost certain that they clean the grills after the store has closed. Very disappointed in the service here
I've lived around the area for about 6 + years and have always gone and always received good service. But lately, for the past 3 months, the service has been horrible. The staff has the worst attitudes as if " why are you here" and get your order completely wrong and still get an attitude because you let them know it's not what you ordered. I typically don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience at this Dunkin’ left me extremely disappointed. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to take my order while the young lady was on her phone the entire time. Not once did she apologize for the wait—she just casually asked what she could get me as if I hadn’t been standing there visibly waiting.
