The service is so bad here although the food and drinks are great! Everyone is so freaking rude.
By far the worst service at any Dunkin location. I’ve place an inside mobile order on two separate occasions. Each time they do not place the orders on the mobile order shelf designated for them. They take the inside orders and your mobile order gets pushed to the bottom of the line. I waited inside for 15+ minutes and kindly tried to get their attention and they ignored me. We went here for a scripture study & the kind manager Jason offered us free drinks. Great Christmas music playing, clean tables.
