i had a horrible experience the manager jon was extremely rude and disrespectful! hes very disrespectful to staff AND customers i will NOT be returning to this location. why dont they find a manger with some human decency.
Usually a regular at this Dunkin but tonight never again, the staff are young and incapable, as someone who is a restaurant manager I’ve never seen a staff run so terribly. 2 coffee ONE wake-up wrap, 15 minutes on JUST THE SANDWICH inside the restaurant at 445 pm. The kid making the sandwich throwing bags of food to the drive thru dropping it on the ground and still serving to customers, the store was messy staff running around but not a whole lot of work being done.
