This has honestly been the slowest-moving Dunkin’ I’ve been to in Rhode Island. We sat in line for a good 10–15 minutes with barely any movement. There seemed to be absolutely no sense of urgency or effort to keep the line moving. I completely understand that places get busy and things happen, but this was beyond slow. Definitely an area that needs improvement, especially when customers are waiting that long with no progress.
Typical Dunkin experience.
