The people here are great. Granted I only come in the morning and thru the drive thru, but I'd say it's a good reflection of the inside.
After being on line waiting to order for 15 minutes, we stood at the counter another 10 minutes waiting to be taken care of. While waiting, another customer who had already ordered, came up and was asking when his medium coffee would be ready, as he ad been waiting for just a coffee for 25 minutes. The woman behind the counter looked at him and then rudely turned her back to him and walked away.
