Morning rush so i thought it would take forever and our food would be awful but to my surprise EVERYTHING was on point. Thanks ladies everyday is different of course but today was 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
After waiting 30 mins in the drivethrough, I get home to realize there was no straw in my bag. And they stuffed two tiny wraps into one sleeve making it appear to be one wrap. I guess there were 2 wraps in the sleeve, so they felt like the straw wasnt their problem . Must be they are trying to save on paper sleeves. I went back to get a new straw and was told to go grab one myself. No apology at all for forgetting it. Bad customer service, slow customer service. Wouldn't recommend this location.
I was in the drive thru for 13 minutes! I dont know if they're short staffed or what, but DAMN! AND...my order was WRONG! This is my least favorite Dunkin. I mean if you have 10 or more minutes to wait in line to get the wrong order, knock yourself out! A not so happy customer.
