I’ve been nice and friendly every time I order my refreshers and every time I always get my order wrong! I’ve ask to have half of any flavor and half green tea, this is completely unacceptable, this is dark and never right. You can see there isn’t any green tea in this! They get attitude when I ask to fix it As a diabetic I try to indulge a little with a refresher but I can never with this Dunkin here. They are never nice always rude and nasty! I'm a coffee lover and visit many local places and this one in the hospital makes consistent great coffee. Totally a 5 star for me

It is a shame on my part not to remember the woman who is always here when I stop in. Great service, and my order is correct. Only good part about going to the hospital is the view and this spot.

For the amount you pay for their food, it shouldn’t be cold. I’ve tried on numerous occasions only to get uncooked snack’n bacon and cold hash browns. And of course, I didn’t have time to check as I am stopping before work. This is totally unacceptable.
