Staff are EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional, and unorganized.
Ordered an iced cappuccino through drive through. Waited 10 minutes (pulled forward to wait for my difficult order) and then was handed a large cup of milk. There was no coffee in my iced coffee. Returned it and ordered Starbucks by door dash at work.
Michael who I mostly see work in the drive thru has a very kind energy and brightens people’s days. He deserves a raise!
