Used to love this dunkin but recently it’s just been bad experiences. This specific time I mobile ordered 3 chipotle and hashbrown wake up wraps with bacon and EXTRA sauce, (putting big emphasis because they make you pay for extra) tell me why I only got a wrap with just hashbrown and cheese. I get mistakes happen but come on. No employee in the store for 10 minutes
I tried to ordered and i was told i couldn’t because i like the mets. “ can we have someone who doesn’t like the mets order” That’s not respectful or how you treat a customer. I didn’t appreciate being told to not speak because i like a certain team. I wasn’t offered a free drink or anything. Please don’t go here.
