I got a cappuccino blast got home and thought something was in it so I strained it and it had walnuts( which it doesn’t come with). I can’t imagine if they did this to someone who was allergic to nuts.
Clearly asked for white cheddar. Gave me american. Tried to call to make it right, got an answer twice but they said hello then hung up on me, now I cant reach anybody. Not coming back here again. Poor customer service and not paying attention to whats in the order.

Krishn and the staff at this location are wonderful! They are so helpful, kind, and always ensure that their customers are satisfied. The food is always made fresh, and the drinks are always refreshing. By far my favorite Dunkin thanks to Krishn and team!
