Staff is often unwelcoming. Food is good and fresh. Today I found some bees inside the store flying around. Overall I have good experience whenever I come here with family.
Compared to other Dunkin Donuts, their coffee is way better and more consistent. However, today I had a very off putting experience. The worker rested her un-gloved hand and very long fingernails on the top of my iced coffee for a good 30 seconds while she used her other gloved hand to figure out a computer error. I should’ve asked for a new lid, but truthfully I was so startled that a food service worker would rest their whole palm on someone’s beverage without gloves on.
