This is a good dunkin'. Drive thru moves quick and the workers are friendly
Avoid this location. The service here is beyond unprofessional—it’s hostile. I placed a mobile order and was immediately yelled at by the staff for arriving 'too soon.' When the drink was undrinkable and I politely asked for it to be fixed, the old lady started shouting at me and demanded extra money. “MoRe JuCiE yOu PaY ExTrA”. Very disappointed with the service. The staff behaved very rudely and did not speak respectfully. I did not feel welcomed as a customer. Customer service should be polite and helpful, but my experience was not good. I hope the management looks into this issue and improves staff behavior.
