My go to drink has been a disappointment every time I’ve ordered it from this location. I’ve been getting an iced coffee with caramel and cream for over 10 years, it’s always great but at this location it’s always too dark and has 3 half melted ice cubes. Waste of money.
The food my bagels and donuts were so hard I’m in shocked this happened
I came here in person after work to try and buy gift cards for my coworkers for our Christmas party tomorrow. They were out of the card holders for the gift cards so I asked the young girl working the register if they would be able to check if the Moon location had them before I made the trip out. When I worked in retail for years I was always more than happy to call other locations for customers to save them the trip.
