jesus is a great worker and so nice. he was very well trained and informed. highly trained worker and the soil reason i recommend this establishment is because of him. i repeat jesus is wonderful!
I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but this Dunkin has become frustrating to visit because of the customer service. Every time I’ve gone in and been helped by Natalie, she has had a really rude attitude. If I could give this place a zero unfortunately I would. Going through the drive through was very frustrating and the girl I spoke to was extremely rude. She had rushed me when I was ordering what I wanted to drink and kept saying “ ok do you want to order anything else?” Before I could even finish saying I wanted cream and sugar in my drink/ finish the order. I had one of the most uncomfortable and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at this location. A woman working there with a tattoo on her arm made a completely inappropriate comment toward me during Black History Month. She asked me if I wanted a “chicken donut,” which felt like a racist and offensive remark. There was no reason for that comment, and it made the entire interaction extremely uncomfortable.
