Had a very unpleasant experience this afternoon. Made a hefty order at around 1 and was expecting a decent wait, what I had not at all expected was for a server to slam down my muffin, just place the coffees I had ordered down without letting me know it was mine, and had given me dirty looks the entire 20 minute stay. I understand having a bad day, however as a customer I should not be dealing with it, please do better dunkin
I am writing this review for the wonderful gentleman at the drive thru most mornings. His pleasant attitude and going the extra mile make all the difference in the world. His customer service skills far surpass my expectations. My son and I look forward to going there not only for the coffee, but for the experience with him specifically. Businesses everywhere need more of him!!!!!! Justice, thank you for all you do to brighten days and provide top notch customer care.
