Often without power, constant smell of sewage, service varies, coffee drink consistency varies, food is either cold or burnt, management is usually unavailable, and franchise owner is never available by phone or at other location.
Everytime I visit with my dad, we go through drive thru. My dad has a thick accent, and the workers often mistake him saying "iced" for "hot"? I don't mind correcting them at the speaker, but they often don't type it in before sending us to the window, and they always start making it hot. When we correct them at the window, they complain that we said "hot", but if they had plugged it in at the speaker, we would see if it had been entered wrong and corrected at the start.
