Consistent food/drinks. But we love this place for the employees. I have a little one who insists on saying hello from the backseat and gets very upset when ignored (as is the case at a lot of drive thru’s) - the staff here (especially the gentleman working most mornings) are very nice and take the time to chat with the peanut gallery in the back. :)
Went to this location close to my house. I asked for a mocha latte in the American Eagle cup. The girl doing the drive thru said, uhhhh, I know we didn't sell out, but I don't know where they are. To have your store be properly stocked during shifts is a must. Employee's should know where things are. Most other times im here employees are relaxing, as this location is not quite as buisy as others I have been to. Even at lax times in customers the Employee's should be cleaning or stocking.
I always make it a point to go to the Smithsburg, MD DD if/when I go. They're always friendly & until today I've never had a problem. This morning the person at the window(I've never seen before) didn't even say Hi. Then when I got on the road & opened my sandwich it was cold. Nothing like a cold egg & cheese on English muffin for breakfast. I'm so disappointed. It's not something I can really afford, but there are times I have to grab something on the go. They are almost always my go to.
