Ordered iced latte but was mostly iced milk. Ordered another chai latte and was served latte. When asked to replace was served matcha. They were out of chai syrup so sneaking in anything that they feel is appropriate. Terrible experience!
As a resident, this location would be the most convienent to go to, yet I always go up an exit, or to the one in the center of town because the service here is the worst. Every once in a while when I am short on time I will try them again, and it is always just bad. Today was no different. Order ahead on app as I get off 95 onto 495. They say they open at 5:00 in the morning but the people in the inside just stand there and not answer the speaker very bad for business I refuse to go there anymore because of the help they have there they all stand around worst dunkin' donuts I've ever been to
made my drink wrong and had to wait 20 minutes for bagel minis
