Worst experience ever in my life. Girl made cold coffee, gave it back then they gave me a burnt sandwich and it took a whole 10 minutes I'll never go here again

This is now the Third time in a row that I have gone into this Dunkin and not only ordered but paid for extra cream cheese on my bagel and it comes with barely any cream cheese on it in the first place.
