Terrible service, so slow, not organized, and employees do not know what they are doing.
Ordered iced latte but was mostly iced milk. Ordered another chai latte and was served latte. When asked to replace was served matcha. They were out of chai syrup so sneaking in anything that they feel is appropriate. Terrible experience!
As a resident, this location would be the most convienent to go to, yet I always go up an exit, or to the one in the center of town because the service here is the worst. Every once in a while when I am short on time I will try them again, and it is always just bad. Today was no different. Order ahead on app as I get off 95 onto 495. Go inside and wait at the pick up area. Two girls working drive thru, keep looking over at me and never say a word. They were not even busy.
