Sadly this location has gone down hill since new ownership. Most of the staff has quit, service times are down, sometimes only drive thru is open, and a lot of inconsistency with food and cold brew. Cold brew is so inconsistent that it needs to be modified each time. Or needs to be remade when they just use regular coffee instead of cold brew. Hopefully things improve but the transition period has come and gone at this point.

Every time I go shopping at the outlet, I stop first to eat something and have a coffee. Today something different happened. The girls at the checkout, both very efficient and polite, unlike the ones in production, were making a lot of noise and shouting like they were rude children. When the sandwich orders came, they were both burnt and looked horrible.
