Horrible service close one of these locations and merge it no need for 2 horrible locations next to each other I’d rather just the one trash Dunkin’s at the outlets
I’m beyond frustrated with Dunkin’ at this point. How is it that EVERY single time I order food, it comes out burnt? This isn’t just a bad day or one mistake — it’s constant. The bacon is always overcooked to the point where it’s basically inedible. Hard, dry, and honestly just unacceptable. I’m paying for food I can’t even enjoy, and it feels like no one there cares about the quality at all. Poor-quality service. The attendant didn’t even look at me and seemed like she was there purely out of obligation, with no friendliness at all. The place was very dirty
