food is always burnt or missing
Terrible service, so slow, not organized, and employees do not know what they are doing.
Ordered iced latte but was mostly iced milk. Ordered another chai latte and was served latte. When asked to replace was served matcha. They were out of chai syrup so sneaking in anything that they feel is appropriate. Terrible experience!
