The morning crew..they are amazing!! I will go out of my way to tip them. The girls in the morning, and the female owner are literally awesome. My coffee was only made wrong one time..and that was a combo of the app and myself not communicating correctly. They fixed it with no problem and no complaints. They're always so kind and cheerful that early in the morning..and there is rarely a line at the drive-thru..if there is it moves rather quickly so it's not a huge deal anyways. I gave them four stars because the strawberry daydream refresher with blueberry in it, is wonderful! The one star is knocked off because I ordered a drink with less ice at the drive-through and the lady taking my order at the window added a custom item of one dollar to my order, upon which I found out, because I had requested less ice she charged me one dollar extra. I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location. When I came in to order, the two employees on shift, Lexi and Anna, were on a personal video call and acted like I was an inconvenience for interrupting. I was met with eye-rolling while ordering and felt uncomfortable the entire time I waited. My drink took a long time, and when I finally received it, it was not what I ordered. Walked in on June 18th, 2026 for the TaylorMade x Dunkin Donuts collaboration so I could get the limited edition golf balls. Asked a kid working cashier about them and he just laughed and walked away with no clear answer. Had to ask him again. Terrible service.
