Gave me a cup with a hole in it and then got mad at me when the drink spilled. No apology or anything. Also just poured my drink into a new cup without remaking it, even tho it wasn’t full anymore

I love this Dunkin Donuts. The people who work here are really nice. They get your order right every time.
Walked in was greeted said that they would be with me shortly. Totally fine, I was the only person in line and waited almost 10 minutes and still nobody came over to take my order. I ended up leaving without anything while they continued to take drive-thru orders before me.
It used to be good, but now half the time my order is wrong and the other half the drinks aren't sweetened or even stirred. I'd rather drive 20 minutes to other Dunkin' Donuts than go there.
