I am a regular at Dunkin in Saginaw, Texas. I usually have amazing experiences. Every morning. From the manager Tonya, morning shift with Brevin and weekend shift. This past Saturday, was one of the most meaningful. I had a big order, not only did Caitlin (not sure how she spells her name) know my order when I didn’t even remember my favorite drink, but they were so kind and patient, they asked me to pull forward. I remember the original Dunkin Donut. Believe me these places are NOT Dunkin Donuts, their horrendous, their a joke. DO NOT waste your money & time. Ordered two cak donuts what did i get? Two soggy cake donuts that were some weird pumpkin color on inside. Oh my god, just terrible. No, this is not DUNKIN DONUTS, this crap.
Worst service so rude when I asked to change my medium to large. Huffed and puffed like it was a big deal. Messed up my order twice and talked about it with other worker. Just horrible service
ZERO INTEGRITY Every time (I have tried 3 times) I order through UberEats, this location has consistently given me completel wrong donuts.
Trash. The frozen drinks just taste like chunks ice need to be blended more. very disappointing
