I put in an order I had to try to cancel it I called the voice mailbox was full and I called again the voice mailbox is full I called and called and called no answer no return from the office couldn't get my order and they have $19.04 of my money and apparently it's up to the manager who's never there apparently. It was a takeout order but there were dietary restrictions and the menu just cashed out on the app. But this place always has problems I don't know why I even tried again

Has to be one of the worst Dunkins in Albany. I asked for a multigrain bagel with bacon egg and cheese. I got a sesame with burn disgusting bacon. The coffee was black when I asked for almond milk. They’re just so disgusting. Gross gross gross !!!
