Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Seems like no one ever knows what they're doing. They mess up my order every single time I go there. If I could give them 0 stars, I would! Horrible service!
Terrible service. Terrible management. I've heard (and seen) time and time again that they treat some employees like they don't matter, especially when it comes to hours working. Food is decent when it's actually made correctly. Iced coffee tastes like it's just put into a bag with some ice in it. Prices of a medium cup of hot coffee has gone up for no real reason whatsoever (all others have stayed the same) No wonder why they're never busy. AVOID!
