I’ve tried over and over to give this place a try. It’s close to home and I like the chai when it’s made correctly. On 3 separate occasions they got our order wrong. In addition, they shorted me on coffee and didn’t make our drinks correctly. The last time we ordered my iced coffee was non consumable. It’s a shame. Why be in this line of work if you don’t care about how you serve your customers?
Energy was just terrible. Customer service not all that great. Won't go back.
We are open till 5pm in Drive Thru only, Lobby closes at 4pm for them to clean. We also accept service dogs. Just thought I should post this so everyone can come check us out! :))
I have to say these reviews are little crazy especially calling out the best manager I have ever seen. Jessy and her employees always look like they are having fun and enjoying their jobs. Great job Dunkin on hiring Jessy, she always makes my drinks and food right. Please don’t let these negative people discouraged you from coming to this Dunkin. People are just so rude now a days. But I am telling you go she Jessy and her new crew it’s a 1,000 times better then what it was. This Dunkin is the best in Vegas hands down
I went here earlier today and the manager jess was very rude and dismissive. She was rushing me even though there was no one behind me and she has this look of disgust on her face that makes me feel unwelcome. I feel really bad for her employees. After this experience I checked out the reviews and saw that she is on here writing good reviews about her self under the name Jessica B. So sad and so disappointing. I will not be coming back and I definitely do not recommend.
