Disappointment !! I can’t believe they charge for a cup of water. I made a purchase of $20 plus dollars and I just asked for a cup of water the cashier said they charge for water. Really… a cup of water. Ok not going back. Taking my business elsewhere.
When you spend your hard-earned money, you expect to get what you actually paid for. This experience was completely disappointing from start to finish. First, I ordered a Medium Mixology Refresher expecting specific flavors, including Mango Pineapple, Strawberry Dragonfruit, and Lemonade with Splenda—yet there was absolutely no mango in my drink whatsoever. i had a great experience here and the bagel bites were super super soft and fluffy!
I’ve been coming here for over a year and for the first 6 months it was fine. Every order was perfect and I had no issues. After that it for some reason or another has gone down hill in service and food. Recently our orders have either been wrong or missing something but this morning I bit into a sandwich and got a mouth full of plastic. This is definitely not how I wanted to start my day something really needs about the service.
