I was a daily customer of this Dunkin for many years. I order a frozen coffee daily and tip $1. This past week my coffee has been made incorrectly 3 times in 3 days. I usually don't go back but let them know the next time I'm there. Today I returned to the store because it my coffee was separating within minutes and watery. Will not give a large ice water per “corporate policy”. So I offered to purchase a drink at full price for the large ice water and he just kept repeating himself to me. Other Dunkin’s give large ice waters for the charge of the cup, and yet I offered to pay full price latte for a large cup of ice waters. I have no AC and a long drive, which I told him. He just kept handing me the small ice water and repeating himself. Idk if he was new but he refused to defer to someone on his team that would know more than him.
