Unfortunately, my experience at this Dunkin' location was very disappointing. There was only one employee at the front counter, resulting in a wait of approximately 15 minutes just to place an order. Customer service was lacking—there was no greeting or acknowledgment, and even a friendly "How are you?" received no response. To make matters worse, my order was prepared incorrectly. We all know, America runs on Dunkin’. I love dunkin donuts but there are some employees in that particular store who are making the image of Dunkin down. I visited the store 25th April, a lady who was working in the store was yelling at all her co-workers and also yelling at the customers like she is paying for everyone’s coffee. Like seriously? The authority should take action. I was very embarrassed and left the place after her action.
