The ladies that was making my drink messed up.My order twice.I asked for ice coffee.She made hot coffee.I asked for a certain amount of cream and sugar, and she did it opposite.And they took like five minutes, and nobody was there.It was a horrible experience.I will not go back
When I arrived, I first went through the drive-thru and waited approximately five minutes without receiving any greeting or acknowledgment. Assuming there was an issue with the drive-thru, I decided to go inside. To my surprise, there were no customers waiting inside. I stood at the counter for another five minutes, and I am not exaggerating when I say that not a single employee greeted me, acknowledged my presence, or attempted to take my order.
