I really tried to give this Dunkin’ another chance since it’s my local location, but the service is consistently disappointing. I placed my order at the drive-thru today for a small toffee nut iced coffee with no cream, oat milk, and cold foam. The total was higher than usual, and when I received the drink, it was completely wrong — just an iced coffee with oat milk and cold foam. Absolutely love Angelo and his family. They know all three of my cars and have my coffee already on the screen when I pull up. 10/10 recommend
The doughnuts were cold. I remembered when they were fresh and warm. The did not put sheets with the doughnuts. It was just placed in the bag. Overall, the service was average.
Had my order ready and accurate.
