Terrible, I came with limited time before heading into work and they took so long to get the food out it made me late to work. The order was not put in until we got up to the window so we had to wait additional time. With only 1 order in front of us, there was no reason this needed to take this long.
Way too hot for customers, let alone employees having to actually work in the store.
The staff is incredibly considering they’re working in 90 degree temps inside!! Turn the AC on, do you hate your employees or something??
Not good at all. My matcha was straight up milk & my bf said his croissant sandwich tasted old, his berry refresher tasted like sour cough medicine. Place is also too small inside and so is the drive thru. At least the workers were nice. I recommend the Old Michigan Ave location.
