I stopped by and ordered a medium hot chocolate with whipped cream on top and at the bottom. However, they didn't add the whipped cream, and the chocolate tasted terrible, like sink water. It was so unpleasant. I'm very frustrated because all I wanted was a simple hot chocolate, just as I requested. And look at the pictures; the chocolate is not even half of the cup. This Dunkin was better before the employee changes month ago.. I just have one question .. as petty as it is… how hard is it to toast a bagel dark……….this actually seems to be an across the board issue for Dunkin but it was ok here before the turnover….you ask for a bagel toasted “dark” and when you get it it’s just barely warm with hardly any cream cheese.. the cream cheese amount is another issue altogether… cmon over 3 dollars for a bagel w/cc and they just put a slick of CC on it….. we can do better here.
