Two terrible experiences, almost back to back. The first time I went here, I was in the drive-through and the person in front of me was handed a bag of food and he proceeded to dig through it while waiting for his coffee and then handed the bag back. The woman working the drive-through then dug through it with her hands and pulled everything out and put it back in.
