I thought rule #1 (at least when I worked there as a regional manager) was to serve the customer in front of you and come back to the to go orders. Looks like this manager didn’t learn or apply that rule. I sat at the counter for 10 min and she still kept making to go orders, so I left. It wasn’t that she was rude, in fact she seemed nice. And maybe I’m being impatient, but 10 min to just let your customer sit there and not acknowledge anything seems a bit off. Great service . They were prompt to deliver my order it was a nice experience.
Regional Manager Mr. Schneider sold another walk up truck driver coffee but wouldn’t sale me a cup we are both truck drivers in this pandemic. He said for Saftey well why did you sale him some. This coffee shop at this location is low quality.
