I had the worst experience today im the morning with a manager very disrespectful very rude because I cannot be quick enough for her. This was my go to stop every morning now I will never come here again. Thanks a lot lady you know who you are
SLOWEST Dunkin’s anywhere. They could win an award for slowness.
most employees at this location, Turnpike street North Andover, obviously don't really care about customer service. Not a friendly thing about any of them. I also notice that on Sundays, they tend not to put the sticker on coffee cups so you dont know they didn't get the order right until youre long gone
I thought rule #1 (at least when I worked there as a regional manager) was to serve the customer in front of you and come back to the to go orders. Looks like this manager didn’t learn or apply that rule. I sat at the counter for 10 min and she still kept making to go orders, so I left. It wasn’t that she was rude, in fact she seemed nice. And maybe I’m being impatient, but 10 min to just let your customer sit there and not acknowledge anything seems a bit off.
