Ordered a maple bacon egg and cheese this morning and they clearly don’t pay attention to their products or quality. The paper they used to separate the cheese was still attached and part of my sandwich. Luckily I cut my sandwich in half instead of just taking a bite. Not the first or last time this place has been extremely careless when it comes to what they sell or make.
They kept my mobile order sitting behind the mobile order shelf and waited 10 minutes before asking me what I was waiting for. When finally asked, they didn't have my donut ready, didn't know what kind it was, and still had to go get it. Multiple people weren't busy; they just seemed to not care. When I finally got to taste my water-downed coffee from the ice melting, it clearly tasted burnt.

The staff at this Dunkin are consistently delightful. It’s my go to DD.
I had the worst experience today im the morning with a manager very disrespectful very rude because I cannot be quick enough for her. This was my go to stop every morning now I will never come here again. Thanks a lot lady you know who you are
