A donut is now the size of a quarter. And they're still early in the day. They have some nerve to ask for a tip.When they cannot even make the coffee as you ask. Or one napkin without requesting for it.
Kind of gross and scary. It’s probably been five years since I have eaten dunkin. The coffee is okay but tell me why my bagel was STALE just rock hard and it also, along with the hashbrowns tasted like dirty equipment. It’s like the bare minimum to not serve stale food and have a clean workspace. F tier. So unfortunate. Bella’s bagels and St. Pete bagel co would never.
Two guys that worked at the drive through (a handsome redhead with a great smile and his coworker) were awesome! They greeted me, handled a refund with zero fuss, and efficiently and kindly served me during a busy morning rush. They should be acknowledged for their awesome service!! Kindness is contagious. :)
First, it must be said, I am a dunkin enthusiast. As such the events that have transpired today are even more unnerving. I went to dunkin as I often do for a medium hot black coffee. Upon ordering and to my great dismay, I was informed that there were no lids available for the cups. "That's alright, I'll manage I thought" oh but how wrong I was.
