To the women working the drive through window today Tuesday 7/15/25 approx. 10:30am. My family came through and spent our hard earned money to splurge and get ourselves coffee, bacon and bagel bites. We do not have extra money ech month usually but we decided to treat ourselves and our daughter. Greeted with a horrid lady that was clearly not wanting to take our order. Bacon was chewy and so bad. I know these people are recovering, but they have a long way to go ar Dunkin. I waited 15 minutes for an online order of coffee and a dozen donuts. Coffee was cold and the donuts were the wrong order. Worst DD I've been to.
