Since moving to the area my experience with this Dunkin has gone from bad to worse. Honestly, they should close after breakfast. After breakfast, service just goes down. They are always out of syrup to make frozen drinks. Today, I pull up to the intercom around 2:35 PM and nothing. No one ever comes on to the speaker to take my order. Rude workers. No customer service. Young people with attitude problems. This store moral is unacceptable
I’m not gonna lie I’ve been on strike from the McDonough Dunkin’s for the past year because I always had issues with my breakfast sandwiches being burnt and frozen at the same time, terrible wait time, and poor customer service. But this time!!! I decided to revisit!!! And it was great!!! I am so happy that things have turned around. The customer service was great and my food was exactly as expected. The lady at the window was so nice and even gave me stickers in my bag!!!
